Bump & Breath: A 4-Class Yoga Series

Bring the studio to your living room with this online yoga course.

The Digital Pregnancy Yoga Pack

I know that so many of you would love to join my in-person classes but are held back by a busy work schedule, the distance to the studio, or simply the logistics of life. This digital pack was created specifically for you – to give you the same supportive, expert guidance I offer in my live sessions, but on your own terms.

Whether you are a complete beginner or navigating the final weeks of your third trimester, these four classes are your sanctuary.

No commute, no fixed times – just you, your mat and 30 minutes of dedicated space for you and your baby.

What’s inside?

  • 4 x Guided Yoga Sessions: Focused on creating space in the pelvis, soothing late-pregnancy aches, and building the “quiet strength” needed for birth.
  • Expert Doula Guidance: These aren’t just generic exercises; they are birth-focused movements designed to help you feel physically and mentally ready.
  • Completely Beginner-Friendly: I’ve kept the movements simple and supportive. You don’t need yoga experience to feel the benefits.
  • Unlimited Access: Practice whenever your schedule allows—early morning, late night, or even in your pyjamas on a slow Sunday.

EXCLUSIVE BONUS: When you purchase this 4-pack, you’ll receive my Golden Thread Visualisation Recording for FREE. This is the same powerful breathing tool I teach my private doula clients to help them stay focused and soft before and during labour. It’s a practical skill you can take from your mat directly into your birth space.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pregnancy yoga isn’t just a regular class with a few poses taken out; it is a specialised practice designed for your changing physiology. We avoid deep twists that compress the belly, lying flat on the back for long periods, or typical strong core work. We focus instead on connecting to your baby and your body, a skill that will come in good use when it comes to the birth of your baby. We also focus on pelvic stability, creating space for the baby, and using breathwork that is specifically designed to support you during labour.

It is recommended you start after 12/13 weeks, which is when you are insured to practising with a prenatal yoga teacher. Many women choose to wait until this point in their second trimester as their energy levels start to return and the initial sickness/tiredness has settled. However, if you feel well and have no medical complications, you can gently begin earlier in your own space.

You can practice right up until your baby arrives! In fact, many of the movements are specifically designed to be used during the “early” stages of labor to help keep you mobile and calm. Always listen to your body – as you move into the final weeks, your practice will naturally become slower and more restorative. I have had women come to my class at 41 weeks and feel the benefits!

It works on three levels:

The Physical: It helps alleviate common aches like lower back pain and tight hips, while improving circulation and pelvic alignment.

The Mental: It gives you a dedicated “pause” button to lower stress hormones and bond with your baby.

The Birth Prep: By practicing the breathing and movement patterns in these videos, you are building “muscle memory” for your birth. When the time comes, you can draw upon this muscle memory and breathwork to support your body in staying soft and calm.
