I truly believe that all birth is beautiful;

be it a hospital birth or a homebirth, it is my duty as a doula to honour your desires and guide you in what’s best for you and your family. I know just how important the day you birth your baby will be and I am passionate about doing my upmost to ensure that you feel empowered, confident and held throughout your journey.

I will be your trusted and compassionate supporter, your female companion and confidant who will always have your back, should you need it.

My packages are designed with flexibility to suit your individual wants and needs, the below can be amended as you wish.

As your doula, I will…

  • Support the choices of you and your partner and be your advocate and cheerleader.
  • Work in collaboration with midwives and medical teams, facilitating unity and alignment.
  • Do all I can to create a calm and soothing environment, to bring your birthing vision to life.
  • Be mindful of your senses; I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker who’ll avoid stinky foods when on call!

The Ultimate Goddess Package

Starting from £1600 depending on requirements.

With you throughout, I will you guide you in preparing to welcome your baby, and ensure you and your loved ones feel ready and confident to embrace your birthing day. Includes:

  • Communication via whatsapp or text throughout your pregnancy
  • Pre-arranged calls
  • A 4 lesson pack pregnancy yoga course at the Holistic Hub where I teach Yoga
  • 3 antenatal visits tailored to your needs but could include the following:
    – Birth plan and A,B,C scenario design
    – Partner session on how to support you
    – Unblocking fears and birth vision board
  • On call 24/7 from 38 weeks
  • Birth support with comfort management
  • Birth photography and videos if required
  • Post birth support to ensure you are settled
  • First feed support if required
  • Postnatal visits with small offerings of nourishment

The Virtual Pocket Doula Package

£600

Wanting support but from afar? Having a doula to guide you through the stages of pregnancy, birth and postpartum without having to travel might feel like the right support for you.

Navigating the maternal system with a doula by your side can be so beneficial, ensuring you have all the information you need to make informed choices. This package includes the following:

  • Communication via whatsapp or text (and pre arranged calls) throughout your pregnancy
  • 2 virtual antenatal sessions via zoom tailored to your needs but could include the following:
    – Birth plan and A,B,C scenario design
    – Partner session on how to support you
    – Unblocking fears
  • You’ll have access to me via text/call 24/7 from 38 weeks onwards
  • Virtual support during your labour
  • Birth debrief
  • Six weeks of virtual support after birth to help navigate the fourth trimester

Postpartum Packages

All of my postpartum packages include infant feeding support, emotional support, taking care of your baby whilst mother showers / naps etc, baby walks, light housework, caring for older children. Postpartum Goddess Package

£650

Focusing on the weeks following birth where we will honour the sacred first forty days, providing practical and emotional support with weekly visits, typically focusing on:

  • Postpartum pantry, providing healthy and nourishing foods to aid the body in healing
  • Milk and rose bath pamper
  • Meditations

Birth Preparation Session

Tailored to suit you and your needs, this session will give you the tools to feel confident and safe in your birth choices. We can work through any birth fears you may have and discuss your A, B & C birth plans.

Perhaps you feel your partner needs some confidence in how to support you? I can teach you and your partner techniques to aid in the labour process along with useful information on the biomechanics for birthing.
