Breastfeeding Support

As a Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner and student of mindfulness for over a decade, I believe that how we feel during a feed is just as important as the latch itself.
Unlike a traditional clinical approach, I integrate evidence-based feeding support with the calming art of mindfulness.

Whether we meet antenatally to map out your intentions and heal from past experiences, or postnatally to troubleshoot challenges in real-time, my goal is to protect your peace. By blending practical breastfeeding knowledge with deep relaxation techniques, I help you move away from the ‘stress-cycle’ and into a place of confidence, connection, and calm. Together, we’ll ensure your feeding journey feels as nourishing for you as it is for your baby.

Birth & Breastfeeding 4 week course

A transformative 4-week preparation for physiological birth and intuitive infant feeding. *Limited to 5 couples*.
Preparing for birth and early parenthood is about far more than ticking off baby must have checklists – it is about understanding how your body works, building deep trust as a team, and feeling confident navigating the fourth trimester together.
Designed specifically for expectant parents passionate about physiological birth and breastfeeding, this intimate 4-week course focuses on preparing the mind and body for your journey with birth & breastfeeding.
Over 4 weekly in-person sessions, you and your partner will explore:

Week 1: (Physiological Birth & Bio-mechanics): Discover how pelvic anatomy and intentional maternal movement guide baby through each stage of labour. Partners gain practical, hands-on comfort measures, positioning tools, and confidence to actively protect your birthing space.

Week 2: (The Science of Breastfeeding): Ground yourselves in the physiology of lactation from that first feed to establishing your milk supply. Learn the basics of an optimal latch, understand normal newborn feeding patterns, and recognise clear signs your baby is thriving.

Week 3: (Mind, Oxytocin & The Nervous System): Understand how your autonomic nervous system directly influences labour and milk let-down. We gently untangle personal and cultural beliefs around feeding and practice practical breath and somatic tools to keep oxytocin flowing.

Week 4: (Connection, Postpartum & Your Village): Create a grounded plan for the fourth trimester. From partner advocacy and safe infant sleep to emotional self-care, protective boundaries, and local support networks, ensure your early weeks are calm and held.

Each session combines evidence-based education, open discussion, practical exercises, and a deeply restorative guided relaxation practice – along with tea and biscuits!
Investment includes:

6 hours of live, small-group instruction (strictly capped at 5 couples to ensure individual attention)
Comprehensive digital handouts
Guided relaxation audio tracks for home practice
Ongoing peer connection with local families on a similar journey (optional whatsapp group)
