Yoga has been a part of my life ever since I became a young adult, it has held me and nurtured me through each rite of passage.
In 2019, with a 1 year old in tow, I began my yoga teacher journey, graduating mid pandemic. I continued to then specialise in pre and postnatal yoga, whilst pregnant with my second child. Practising yoga whilst pregnant both times gave me a deeper connection with my baby and the transition I was going through. Since then, I have had the joy of witnessing other mothers find that same connection.
I currently teach a mix of gentle Hatha, Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal yoga weekly at the Holistic Hub in Copthorne. A safe-haven of calm and tranquility away from the pressures of everyday life. I also offer 1-1 private lessons at a location of your choice.
Hatha Yoga
A gentle yet strengthening class designed to relax and unwind your body and mind. In this class we cover: stretching, traditional asana (poses) in yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises).
Suitable for beginners and explorers.

Pregnancy Yoga
Yoga in pregnancy is a great way to relax, nourish your
body and spend time with your unborn baby.
In this class we cover: breathing techniques, stretches to soothe aches and pains, poses to build strength and mindfulness to encourage being present.
You’ll meet other mums, and build on that network that is so important once baby arrives. In turn, my aim is that you will get plenty of practical tips and feel more positive and relaxed about birth.

Postnatal Yoga
Celebrating and honoring the postpartum body can be difficult in a society where we are encouraged to ‘snap back’ as soon as we give birth.
I have purposefully designed my mother and baby yoga circles so that you have the perfect balance of yoga and haring. We will begin with 40 minutes of movement which can involve your baby as little or as much as you like followed by 20 minutes of sharing in a circle.
Babies up to crawling age are welcome, although every babe is different so please do let me know if you have any doubts and we can discuss.
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum.
